🍷 Target Confidentiality Reminder🍷 |
We want to take the time to thank you for your continued support and remind you that our exciting Target news must remain confidential. We hope that you have had the opportunity to share this news with your teams, but please refrain from posting about this next venture publicly on all social media platforms or in texts or emails.
As stated in June's Brand Standards Bulletin, there are many alcohol and beverage regulations that govern how we can speak about our products being available in retail stores. Please know that our Winery Team is working tirelessly to ensure that we are following any and all regulatory guidelines so that we are able to enter the Target marketplace in a compliant manner. We need your continued help to get there. We know that you want to shout this news from the rooftops, but it is important that our Winery Team leads the way so that your independent businesses and our great name are protected.
We have more coming on all things Target later this summer, and want to encourage you to check out our Target FAQs in the meantime! |

🥂 All Things Tastings 🥂
There are so many ways to share about the opportunity and our products, but one of the best ways is through tastings! We've shared some great resources about our 3-2-10 tasting method, but we understand that there are other ways to host tastings and events. As a reminder, all tastings should follow the tasting guidelines in our Policies & Procedures. We have included our helpful Tastings Guidelines Knowledge Center Article as a great summary of what is included in this section of our P&P.
A common question our team receives is about Consultants having joint tastings with local fitness studios. These types of tastings/parties with companies are okay but must be fully free to attend and private invite-only. We also want to add a reminder here that providing customers with bottles or glasses of wine during an event in exchange for cash, a Venmo transaction, etc. is a violation of our Cash & Carry policies and violates most local and state laws regarding the resale of alcohol.
If you have any questions about tastings, please fill out our Contact Form, and someone from our team will get back to you ASAP! |
