Earthy and light with notes of cranberry and spice.
France is the birthplace of Pinot Noir and this new Soliel. Vent. Âme. Pinot brings all the elegance and earthy notes of those Southern French soils right to your palate. This is a lighter-bodied wine, with soft notes of cherry and baking spices that are great for cheese boards and earthy dishes with mushrooms or herbs.
Pairs well with roasted vegetables, cheese boards, and mushrooms.
THE STORY
- Vent. Âme translates to “Sun. Wind. Soul” in French
- This reflects our appreciation for the elements and the way they make the wine in our glasses reflective of where it was made
HOW ITS MADE
- Grapes were hand-harvested from vines over 40 years old on the Mediterranean coast
- Grapes were macerated for 10 days with skins
- Fermented and aged in all stainless-steel vessels
DID YOU KNOW?
Pinot Noir is the parent grape of Chardonnay! After much debate and years of DNA testing, it is believed that Pinot Noir was crossed with a grape called Goulais Blanc, and Chardonnay was born!
