Damaged or Compromised Shipments
Unfortunately, things can get wonky in transit sometimes, and your order may not be delivered as expected. Here's what we can do for you:
Safety First
If your order is delivered with broken bottles (visible leakage or damage), you can absolutely refuse the shipment. Just communicate that do your delivery driver, and they will follow their disposal or return protocol. No one wants to deal with broken glass, so let's take it off your hands in the best way possible!
If the damage isn't immediately apparent, please dispose of the broken items as best you can. Take note of what was broken and/or any imperfections as a result of the shipping (stained or torn label, dents in can, etc.).
And then what?
Well, contact us ASAP! Provide the Support team with your order information so we can go over your options below:
- Broken Items: These will be reshipped as soon as possible with Express Shipping.
- For most orders, 2-Day shipping will be a courtesy. But if the order is needed overnight, we will have to process applicable shipping fees.
- For orders shipping within Texas or Oklahoma, it may be shipped Ground (with sooner than normal Ground Shipping expectations).
- Imperfections: The good news is that your wine is still fine to drink! We will credit your Sky Wallet account 20% of the amount paid for that wine!
Merch Items
The above applies to broken or defective merch items, too!
Depending on the circumstance, we may request that the item be returned back to us. We will issue a pre-paid return label for the item. All you'll have to do is drop it off at a FedEx location or schedule a pickup on the FedEx website!
