Multi-piece Shipments
If you're placing a large order (over 12-15 bottles) or purchasing items that have their own packaging, there's a good chance that you'll need to be on the lookout for more than one box. While FedEx will aim to deliver both boxes at the same time, they can sometimes separate. With that in mind, it's good to know how you can track these boxes separately.
Tracking Your Other Boxes
When you get an email that your order has shipped, it will contain the master tracking ID. When viewing this ID on the FedEx website, you'll see the consolidated tracking info for your multi-piece shipment.
Also, on the FedEx desktop website, you'll be able to see ALL of the associated tracking numbers and the progress at the top of the tracking details. You can click on any of these tracking numbers to receive more info about the box's journey to you!
If not all of your expected boxes were delivered, you can refer back here to see that the remaining packages should be on their way. (In most cases, they will be delivered the next business day.)
On the App
On the FedEx Mobile app, only the master tracking ID will be displayed. However, you can view the details of the shipment to find how many boxes will be included in your delivery.
