Changed your mind?
We do not offer exchanges for wine. However, in the event that you'd rather have a different wine from what you've received, you may return your purchased, unopened wine for a Sky Wallet credit in the amount paid (a 25% restocking fee will be taken out of the credited amount). We will email you a pre-paid return label that you can put on the box. You can drop it off at a FedEx location or schedule a pickup on the FedEx website.
The credit will be applied after we have received it back at Scout & Cellar!
Accidentally order the wrong size or received a defective item? No problem! We can exchange merch!
If within 60 days from your original purchase date you deem your merchandise is defective, please reach out to our support team to have it replaced. We will:
- Reship the same item in new condition
- Or if you would like something else, you will receive Sky Wallet credit for the amount paid.
If within 60 days from your original purchase date you would like to exchange a merch item for a different product or size, we will issue you a return label – and once the item you're exchanging has been received back at Scout & Cellar, we will:
- If exchanging a wearable, we will create a new order for the same item in the correct size, but you will not be charged again.
- If you would like something else, you will receive Sky Wallet credit for the amount paid. This can be applied to a new order with that preferred item.
For best results on entertaining related merchandise, please hand wash only. Any wear and tear outside of this practice will not be eligible for replacement.
