Oh no! Did we send the wrong item?
Sometimes mistakes happen. If you receive a wrong item, please let us know as soon as possible! We will certainly make sure what you ordered is shipped to your right away. There are a couple of things we may ask of you in order to get us squared away:
- If you received 2 or more wrong items:
- We will request that those items be shipped back to us. We will email you a pre-paid return label that can be put back on the box. All you have to you is drop it off at a FedEx location or schedule a pick-up. Once we see the returned items in transit, we will facilitate reshipping the correct ones.
- You received 2 or more wrong items, but want to keep them:
- Great choice! A new order will need to be processed, but because of our mistake and your understanding, we will discount this new order 20%! And of course, the original items ordered will still be reshipped.
