Order Updates and Tracking
How can I modify my order?
Orders cannot be modified once they are placed. Instead of emailing Support to add/modify items to an order or change the shipping address, email "CANCEL ORDER" to Support, and we can void the order. You can then place a new order with the correct products or shipping.
How can I track my order?
Order tracking will be available within 7-12 business days in The Cellar > My Customer Orders or in the Customer Portal. Please be mindful of our 7-12 business day shipping guarantee and ensure you are not still within that timeline before reaching out to Support for shipping updates.
During the summer months when Scout Safe Ship is in effect, shipping may take a little longer.
